IndiaSoft 2024, the 24th edition of one of India’s largest international IT exhibitions, brought us to Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Organised by ESC, it gathered more than 1,500 exhibitors and over 600 international buyers from more than 80 countries, with around 3,300 pre-scheduled business meetings.
For us, the real value was the people who stopped at our booth. Over three days we met delegations from Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America, each looking for an engineering partner they could trust with real products. Among them was the Norway delegation, and at the networking dinner Jothishkumar met Helge Tryti, then Chairman of the Norway-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI).
Conversations across five regions
Every delegation arrived with different goals, but the questions were remarkably similar: how quickly can a product go live, how is quality protected, and how well does a remote team communicate? Those are exactly the questions our model is built to answer.

What we heard from international buyers
- Speed matters: teams want a working product in weeks, not a long project plan.
- Trust has to be earned: clear communication, senior oversight and visible quality checks.
- Partnership over outsourcing: buyers want a team that understands their market, not just their specification.
Recognition from the organisers
Our CTO, Arunkumar, was honoured with a shield by Mr. Sandeep Narula, Chairman of the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), and Mr. Gurmeet Singh, Executive Director of ESC. It reflects the work of the whole team and our commitment to engineering that holds up in global markets.
From handshakes to partnerships
Many of these conversations have continued well beyond New Delhi. Thank you to ESC and to every delegation that visited us. We returned a year later for the 25th edition, IndiaSoft 2025.
