On 23–25 March, the Geesesquads team exhibited at IndiaSoft 2026, the 26th edition of India’s international ICT exhibition and conferences, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. It was our third year at IndiaSoft.
Here is what we shared at our stand, what we learned from the people we met, and where we think the industry is heading.
Moving beyond the hype: the Agentic-First era
It’s no surprise that AI dominated much of the conversation at IndiaSoft. What stood out to us wasn’t the hype, though. It was how practical people had become.
We are moving past basic AI chatbots and into the Agentic-First decade. At our booth, we focused on how businesses can re-architect for that shift. Delegates and founders wanted real answers: how to build applications that AI agents can use natively, how to add AI that genuinely speeds teams up, and how to replace fragile prompt systems with solid, debuggable micro-agents.
“The companies that win with emerging tech are the ones that pair innovation with solid engineering fundamentals.”
Building cross-border partnerships with local proximity
Beyond the technical sessions, IndiaSoft 2026 opened doors to valuable cross-border partnerships, connecting businesses and talent across continents.
To bridge global demand and Indian engineering excellence, we shared how our team is set up. With strategic hubs in Mexico and Barcelona, we stay close to our clients in Europe, Latin America and the US, in time zone, language and culture, so we work as a natural extension of their teams.

Over three days, we met delegates, speakers and buyers from many countries, many of them looking for a technology partner they could rely on.

Agentic-First delivery: AI agents build, experts guide
One theme kept coming up throughout the event: organisations want partners who deliver outcomes, not just lines of code. So at our stand we showed how Agentic-First delivery works:
- AI agents build the software, and senior experts guide every step and approve what matters.
- Rapid MVPs that reach the real market in weeks, not months.
- A fixed price agreed upfront, and full ownership of the product and IP for our clients.
We also talked about bringing in specialised technology when a business problem calls for it, such as secure blockchain infrastructure.
Recognised for global impact
Thank you to the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) for organising IndiaSoft 2026.
A proud moment for our team was receiving a Certificate of Recognition for our impactful presence and participation, signed by Veer Sagar (Chairman), Sandeep Narula (Chairman, Global Outreach) and Gurmeet Singh (CEO and Executive Director). It strengthens our commitment to building high-performance tech partnerships across borders.

To everyone who visited our stand at IndiaSoft 2026: thank you. We look forward to continuing the conversation.
