MSAC’s founders had a big idea: people should install app features, not whole apps. In 6 weeks we turned the idea into a working MVP, ready for investor pitch demos: a no-code studio where AI drafts a screen from one sentence, a marketplace to install modules, and the first MSAC-powered app.

Every mobile app today is a closed box. If a feature is missing, users wait for the company to build it or download another app. MSAC’s founders wanted an app store for the features inside apps, where anyone can build a feature once and offer it to many apps. To raise investment, they needed more than slides.
Define it, design it, then publish and install it. Each phase gave the next one something solid to build on, and by week 6 the founders could demo the whole journey live.
First we built the foundation that lets an app receive new features as modules, so every screen built after it had something solid to stand on.
Outcome: A shared foundation that every module, and every future MSAC app, builds on.
Creators design modules screen by screen with drag and drop. They type one sentence, and AI picks the building blocks, fills in the content and lays out the screen.
Outcome: “I have an idea” becomes “I have a working draft” in minutes.
Users discover and install modules in a marketplace with its own storefront for each app. CritterGrid, a personalised pet-care app, is the first of them.
Outcome: A module can be built, published and installed end to end: the story investors needed to see.
Every module follows the same five steps, from a creator’s idea to a user’s phone. MSAC handles the hard parts, so creators can focus on the feature.
A creator designs a feature in the Studio, with AI drafting the first screen.
They make it free or set a price, and publish in one step.
Users find it through featured lists, categories or search.
One tap installs it and keeps it in their My Library.
Once real payments go live, paid modules are designed so the creator and MSAC both benefit.
Three connected products from a standing start is only possible this fast when AI agents write the code and an experienced team steers it.
Turned a big vision into the smallest product that could prove it, and kept every feature tied to the pitch.
Built the studio, marketplace and app screens in parallel, so the whole module journey was ready in weeks.
Designed the module core and reviewed the code, so the MVP is a foundation to build on, not a throwaway demo.
An MVP for a pitch still has to be honest about what works, and ready for what comes next.
In 30 minutes, we’ll map the smallest product that proves your idea, and how fast an Agentic-First squad can put it in front of investors.
